Gus Fernandez

Gus Fernandez is a national consultant and performance coach who empowers others to attain their financial goals.

He has earned national acclaim for his knowledge of asset protection and financial strategies, creative marketing and tax and real estate tactics. Gus was formerly vice president of marketing for WorldSpan Investment Properties and has been a top revenue generator for each company he has worked for. He is considered one of the top speakers and trainers in the country and has been inducted into Who's Who in Business and Professional Speakers.

Gus has years of front line experience in property and small business operations. Beyond his real estate investing, he currently owns multiple small businesses and is President of the Small Business Consultant and a principal of Select Investment Properties (SIP). Finally, Gus is a former college teacher who has been featured on national radio and television. He has a master's degree in Business and Marketing.
